They take your tax money and just like DCFS, you're guilty until you prove your self innocent.  Save all paper work and don't say your ex in cash or give any leeway. Document everything . They say they're going to "  instruct our staff to stop enforcement of the arrears" until the actual court date .

But they just change out the IWO income withholding order for a few less dollars in my case fifty bucks, and telling me ."there was no agreement as to releasing any money being held by the County at this time."

So they're told not to enforce until court .But they still take and hold my tax returns and make me hurt until I prove myself innocent . 

The system is broken for fathers .we work and work for our exes who just sit and use this foul system to just collect .And so does the these poeple. They collect as much as the ex in percentages of late charges and interest .you go against not just your ex in court but these slimy people who want to to rob yiu with your ex .It's all about money people. Nine if these people care about you like they seem to. They just collect and even when you think you're going to get money back ...nah .

These dumb ass monkeys need to fix their website and their phone service lines.  Already a month and my payments haven't reflect on my CS account.  !!

They have always been very professional and taken the time to follow up and locate and garnish my ex as hes moved all over and is now in Virginia. Thank you for all you do to help my children have the support that is due for them.
