Very fast almost to know waiting they were all very friendly and we had help from mrs. Raquel Cofer who did an amazing job help us immediately and even get our kids on medical all done within less than 20 minutes. We will definitely be coming back here if we have any future needs for social services thank you.

Welfare socials workers now a Days don’t care about anyone as long as they are getting payed. Some people actually need the help but they don’t care about how much you get. They are so stingy sometimes. Besides the customer service here is very rude. We need better dpss social workers.

My experience here was blessed. I was help right away and give a voucher to live. Moreover, my three boys and I have the best social worker Mr. Carter you can feel that they are working to help and do the best with comfort  also make safe and healthy environment for my children. One thing I realized about this place is that people come through expecting everything to be a walk in the park than they get some service from some workers that have an attitude, I just wanted to share with people that we need to remember that there was somebody before you that gave them an attitude and they got bothered by it and maybe another person after that did the same thing, so there just bothered by it and they accidently take it out on us and than it makes us upset and we lash out on them not realizing how there day was going before we showed up to there window. So it's people before we show that get them in the mood there in when we see them in the mood there in who's isn't the mood we would like for them to come at us with wich is that mood that just bothers you.  That's all I wanted to share in Jesus Christ of Nazereths name. Bare with one another,  be humble.

I keep call them they never pick up.. I never got no mail from them. My worker called saying that she will send out a from to me but never got it.. so I got declined again!!
