It can be ok or it can be hell. Most likely he’ll. It depends on who helps you there. Out of 5 employees I dealt with to resolve an issue, only one of them actually cared to help. But her help was effective, and she was very professional, which, balances out the lack of professionalism of the other employees. She promised to follow up on an issue and she did it. She resolved a simple issue that her coworker’s didn’t bother to resolve, basically typing a number in their records so I’m item could be delivered. She promised to let me know when the issue is resolved, and she did it. But, unfortunately, you’ll likely be stuck with a lame employee. Hey, it’s the USPS we’re dealing with here. Good luck.

Horrible place, they act like we’re asking for free stuff. They are getting paid to work, but what can you expect it’s Compton. It’s sad that they hate their jobs. They should appreciate it because it feeds them and pays for their needs. I try to stay away from USPS much as I can.

both times I've encounter these people they spoke to me with no respect, the professionalism doesn't exist in this post office. The customer service is well below acceptable. I called to ask for some information about my package and they put me on hold before I could even reply to if I could hold or not. And I've been on hold for about 10mins now with no explaination or help. It's like she's waiting for me to hang up.

I can't believe that our mail goes to a lazy corporation like USPS. They shipped my first order to an unknown location and weren't able to track, I was not reimbursed for their bad work. Second time, they were too lazy to deliver my item to the front door, instead they left a notification that said that they failed to deliver the item. Everytime i order online I pray that it's not from USPS because they lose everything. The customer service sucks, they supposedly do investigations but lost items can't be found if you can't track it down in the first place. USPS is the worst delivery company to trust when it comes to purchasing valuables.

Great staff very helpful but the wait is ridiculous. To @oscarMolina that is probably the most ignorant thing I have seen all day "it's Compton what do you expect " smh that's a pitiful statement to make the point of the matter is all the usps suck no matter the area I have done a ton of business in Beverly Hills and they suck just as bad. Think before you speak so you don't show people who you really are. Anyway step it up usps you really need to hire more ppl it makes no sense to wait in line for almost an hour and I'm just sending something .
