I really like this post office i live in lynwood but i go to that specific location because the customer service is great. I cant complain i been going there for about 4 years. And everytime i send certified mail going to LA it gets there the next day and first thing in the morning. So this place is great.

I called to ask about a package that was supposed to be delivered the day before. But the tacking info said it had a hold on it after it was out for delivery which I was completely confused. I was on hold for over 45 minutes and still nobody answered. I ended up hanging up to go in person and somehow the package ended up getting redeliver while I was in line forever just waiting to speak to someone. It was annoying and a waste of my time. They never scanned the item indicating it was going to be sent out for delivery the next day all I seen in the tracking that it was delivered. Smfh! They need to get there stuff together!
