the one time I got to talk to an actual person, she was professional and courteous. However, recently, after 12 attempts to contact them during "business" hours, I've only gotten their stupid recording... After all the money that has been extorted from me in the last year, the least they could do is have people available to answer the phones! 1 star for the courthouse and 1 star specifically for the nice lady that helped me last month...

I served on jury duty. I recommend travelling to the courthouse via the Blue Line train, which stops at Compton Blvd., right across the street from the courthouse. When entering the building, jurors use a separate line for security screening, avoiding the long line for everyone else. Food service is OK and inexpensive. The elevators are slow, and you're not allowed to used the stairs. The jury assembly room, restrooms, and cafeteria were clean. The staff was well-trained and very helpful.

Is so sad to see my tax money go to the trash. These people are incompetent. I show up to court give them my paper work and then they lost it. I was also given an appointment and the list are not up to date.

Nobody likes going to court. It's stressful and sad.

The left line is for jurors. Save time and queue in this line if arriving for service. Park at 400 S. Acacia lot. It's free when you show your service paperwork. Exit 2nd floor and walk to the court house. Easy.
