after buying several bags i bought in this store, i am treated with disrespect, rudeness and attitude from 2 SAs one man and a woman (she even made a face when she handed me my bag because it was not credited to their store) which if the manager will ask i would gladly name, there are other helpful SAs, i am loyal to Louis Vuitton but there are some items online i had to check in store before buying, from now on I will buy online and will never waste my money on that store ever again! this one SA deliberately drives me out of the store everytime with his attitude, I mean, I am buying the bag not to please the SA, plus worst customer service ever! although there is one who is really nice and very helpful, id rather buy online than dealing with people who look down on you everytime you tryna look at a bag

I spoke to a representative by phone about LV sunglasses. He acted like he really wasn't listening to what I had to say. He was in a hurry and actually hung the phone up while I was still asking a question. I was very surprised by his behavior.

Cust Service is Outstanding!! Ive been tp other locations that are nowhere Near as Helpful. Associates Order or look through the company for whatever you are looking for!
