The store was fine, but I ended up having to order my purse online. I never could get anyone at the store directly (if you call, it get routed centrally), so it took at least 10-20 minutes to actually find someone to talk to. They charged my card twice and cancelled the order due to low stock without any notification. And getting a refund was ridiculous, because they apparently didn't have any record of charging me. I had to have my credit card company give them a call to refund me--I'm never buying from Louis Vuitton again, what a nightmare

I've always had great service here. Joel is so helpful and just a really kind person. Whether he's making a sale or just showing you pieces to add to your wish list he is understanding and knowledgeable. He's helped me with new purchases and repairs on vintage items. I'm happy to have such a great SA in the twin cities! It's always special coming in here and seeing what's new!

Cool Store! I'm a super fan and I know more about the products than the employee's lol but not a lot of inventory for guys here

I had the best experience with 2 sale associates, Joel and Kambiz B The service that I received from both of these men is above and beyond my expectations. Very happy with my overall experience at this location EDINA GALLERIA, MN. Kambiz and Joel you guys are so amazing!! (Down to earth, knowledgable, respectful, friendly, and professional at the same time) Thanks again!
