Loved the store until we came here and had the absolute worst customer experience. After purchasing a coffee table, 3 female workers attempted to load it into our vehicle and left visible scratches in the bumper and on the interior. For a month we tried to settle the situation and have the damages paid for but the employees claim they "did no damage" and the company refused to fix it. It was truly shocking to be treated like this from a company we thought to be high class.

High quality beautiful  furniture and accessories. Just be aware if you ordered home delivery you may have to assemble it.

After shopping around for a duvet cover all day I stopped into Pottery Barn. They helped me pick out a duvet cover that was exactly what I wanted and even suggested other blankets/ bedroom items that would look good with it. I have had it over 3 months now and I am so happy with it.
