Terrible. Wish I could give a negative 10.  The culture of this place is ineffectiveness. They do not follow through with what they say they will. No return calls no return emails. I’m talking months!  From the lowest levels of leadership to even at the highest levels of supervisors, same thing. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. Louisiana deserves much better.  They need better training or complete job replacement.  Somebody needs to hold Dr Philips and her team accountable, it all starts with leadership period.  The governors office need me to step in.

Perhaps the most incompetent health department in the United States. How does it take up to two months to get a birth certificate? Other states can do it in a day. There's also no estimate on how long to correct birth certificate errors, but considering how slow they are, I'd place that at around two years for them to even look at your request.  There is also no email support.

Should check out the Brusly sonic I found bugs in my food and it’s gotten many more complaints on health and quality
