I've been to two of the Drs there, didn't like either one. Now, I'm trying to get a third appt scheduled & it will be 3 mos
from now!! I'll be cancelling. My primary care Dr can do everything they can do with no waiting & very personal care!!

I would give zero stars if I could. Too many doctors in one place.  You are shuffled around from line to line with little privacy or staff concern for your time.  When checking in I was told sign here, here, here with no explanation.  One of the signatures was attesting I was given privacy practice and notice which I was not.  I brought this to their attention to an "Oh, they are in this drawer if you want to review!! Terrible!!. So sorry my doctor joined this group.  The imaging area is even worse!!

Horrible work ethics. No one has the common courtesy to call the patient when the doctor will not be in for your appointment. I find it a bit ridiculous that no one has called me on numerous occasions to tell me that my doctor will not be in. After missing work, driving in traffic to get to this place and to be told "oh the doctor is not in but we tried to call everyone" y'all did not call everyone. Once, they had me sitting in the waiting area and they forgot that the doctor was not there, had me sitying waiting to be seen and the man wasnt even there. They could have called me and i wouldnt have had to miss work and waste gas. This the second time in a row now that this has happened (no courtesy phone call).  My next scheduled appointment is Dec 27. I wonder what the excuse will be this day. "Oh our phones were disconnected so we couldn't call you".  A simple phone call could make all the difference in  the world.

Wonderful Experience! I get right in for my appointments without much waiting at all. My birth experience was discussed thoroughly with me and I was given options. I can't recommend enough.
