I'm sure everyone can get the picture by now that this is the WORST place in the world. I have never been spoken to so rudely in my life. The woman at the desk just stares at you with zero emotion or care. As if you could drop dead right on the floor and she wouldn't flinch. All on top of a THREE hour wait time. Who in the working world has time to take off work to sit in an office all while being talked to like you're an insect on their shoe? This place is beyond awful and something needs to be done about this office, it's staff and it's management. (Most accurate idea of what hell would be like)

I hate the dmv. They try to put “information” online and they still leave stuff out..you end up going all over the website before you can find the info you need(if you find it). It’s frustrating. You have to miss work to go up to the dmv, and make sure youre super early or you WILL be there all day! Dont even bother to call, I have been calling for two hours straight and the reply is “sorry there is heavy call volumes we can't answer, try back later” its like they are purposely not answering. This is ridiculous. If I could gove them no stars I would. They dont  even deserve the one star I gave. GET IT TOGETHER DMV!!!!

I'm 63.  I remember when the DMV could take hours and hours.  Now it doesn't.  I'm usually in and out in an hour or less.  I think they do a great job.  I don't know why others rate it so low; the DMV people are polite, helpful, efficient.  I don't work there nor do I have friends or relatives who work there, and I don't understand why customers rate it low.  Maybe it's just that people like to complain.  Yay DMV!  Thank you for being the hard working people that you are.

I've been on hold for almost 3 hours and STILL WAITING! They say call like it's better than being in the actual building, This is ridiculous!! The office will be closed before they decide to pick up the phone!!

I'm living in another state and trying to call this office is extremely difficult. I have been calling for two weeks straight and the reply is always sorry there is heavy call volumes we can't answer, try back later. This is ridiculous.
