Called to speak to someone and ask for help with an issue regarding Medicaid. Was immediately met with "I've been doing this for 30 years, just because Medicaid told you something doesn't mean they're right" and an accompanying atrocious attitude. 

"Miss Keys", you officially live up to the stereotype of difficult social security customer service representatives. I left a message with your supervisor and if I don't hear back, I'll continue up the chain until I find someone who will act on my complaint. You may get away with speaking down to and interrupting your customers in other cases, but not with me.

Extremely slow, they must be understaffed. Be prepared to wait at least 45  to 2 hours.

I CANNOT EVEN COMPLAIN ABOUT THE SERVICES, I CANNOT EVEN GET THEM ON THE PHONE.WHOEVER IS OVER THAT AREA NEEDS TO BE FIRED. THIS IS PITIFUL.  THAT PHONE SYSTEM NEEDS TO BE OVERHAULED TO USER FRIENDLY.

Mrs. Johnson doesn't do anything. I had to move out of the state in order to get my case fixed. She didn't update marital status or job status. Even though I reported changes several times. That is scratching the surface of things she didn't do.

I was dreading going as I had heard such bad reports.  I was pleasantly surprised.  There were over a hundred people and no parking spaces.  They moved people quickly and efficiently.  I only had to wait a little over an hour.  I was surprised.  Then when I got to an agent they were personable, caring, answered questions, and rapidly took care of my paperwork without my being called to the window twice as some had to do.  Hint:  search for the form relating to your issue and print and fill it out before you go in.  Read what documents are required and be sure you have those.
