This place is terrible. A family member of mine fell and hit her head on the driveway outside of my house. I took her here and It ended up taking so long that we ended up leaving and not being seen at all. Apparently a head injury isn’t considered life threatening. Most incompetent medical professionals I’ve ever experienced.

This is the worst hospital I’ve been at in my life. I came in at 11:30 and it’s 3:30 and I have not seen a dr they pass by my like I’m not here only my vitals were taken twice in the morning when I came in and in the afternoon Ithey put me in a bed in a hallway saying they can’t order nothing for me cos I’m in the hallway . Not even a dog gets treated like this .

This place is called Death Valley for a reason. From the time I was little it was always called this. People go in, and come out sicker than they were. People get rushed here for emergencies, and die. Avoid this place at all costs. I'm typing this as I sit here. This hospital stinks. It's dirty. Me and 2 other people waited in the waiting room for 2 hours. IT WAS ONLY THE 3 OF US. nurse who took my blood pressure etc was nice, but this place is just disgusting as far as cleanliness goes. seriously, the doctor even seemed bothered by me. After being here 3 hours. They come to me and say "ok now we are going to do a blood test, and the results will take 45 minutes" .. at that point I just said no thank you and waited for my discharge papers. Virtua will always be my top choice of hospital & God forbid I ever have to step foot in this place again. If a nurse truly loves her profession, or even a doctor, it baffles me how they could settle working for a place like this. The only reason it has one star is because I'm sure somebody here has helped somebody. Other than that, NJ needs to tear this place down.

Sad, sad, very sad! I was kept in the ER over the weekend for suicidal ideations. The staff were rude. One woman was assigned to watch over 4 patients to prevent suicidal behaviors. The woman was loud and rude overnight when patients were trying to sleep. After confronting this woman, the hospital’s attitude was to get rid of me as fast as possible. A doctor came to me later afternoon on Sunday to discharge me. I thought they were going to send me to a psych unit at a hospital in Cherry Hill. I guess I didn’t have the right insurance. I didn’t have any insurance. Meanwhile, there are hardly any buses on Sunday and I had no idea how to get around. They did a very dirty trick and it wasn’t amusing. Just because I reamed out the noisy overnight tech. Go figure!

Was at crisis for immediate help with my son, and come Monday, February 5 I get a visit from cps stating there was a safety concern because I threatened to rough up MY son! Legacy clinician Tasu Buran, you are a heartless b*tch for referring me to cps when I was only trying to get help for my child... Lourdes hospital in Willingboro, NJ should be shut down., and the wait for help was eternal. Never will I trust Lourdes hospital with our medical needs... Complaint in progress with her superiors.
