This is one of my very favorite places to eat. Pam is a total sweetheart bursting with good ole' southern hospitality and the whole place is filled with it. I feel like a part of the of the family anytime I come here. So far everything I've tried has been absolutely finger licking good. Good sized portions and reasonable prices to match. I'm a tough critic but this place is always good in my book. I've brought a number of people here and haven't had a single one who didn't rave about it as well.

Amazing, quality foods. Service was PHENOMENAL. The lady was beyond kind and informative. Explained to her that my 2 year old was allergic to shellfish- she said she wouldn’t feel comfortable giving her anything from the deep fryer. She gave me small sides for her- for free. She was beyond awesome. We’ve been back since our first experience. It’s lovely.

Wonderful food! Super friendly staff! I had the gumbo and jambalaya, both very tasty. My wife had the shrimp and fries and said it was the best she ever had. My 2yo daughter gobbled the rice and bread and a bit of my jambalaya.

Excellent, authentic food and kind owners. The place smells amazing. Note: This is more of a fast food style place than a sit-down place, but the food is just as good.

If you have a craving for some good southern cooking, come to this eatery. The food alone will have you transported straight to Bourbon St. and the ever so friendly staff will greet you the minute you step through that door. It is a little pricy if you're trying to feed a family, but you're paying for good quality soul food.
