Named Best New Restaurant by San Diego Magazine, TRUST Restaurant is a community restaurant in the Hillcrest area of San Diego serving urban rustic food with the addition of wood fire cookery. Locally sourced ingredients will change with the season. The urban landscape of Hillcrest supports a restaurant with an atmosphere rich in sophistication and generosity. A poplar planked backdrop with custom designed metal bar shelving and gold metal barstools make for an inviting feel accented by a Pental Quartz communal bar. American White Oak dining tables and chairs coupled with specifically designed graphics wrapping the walls reflect the clean lines and angular curves associated with midcentury modern design. Vibrant colors throughout the space next to natural alder wood and black metal pendants provide a warm, soft ambiance. Here at TRUST, our focus is on the whole experience. We aim to provide patrons with great food, cocktails, wine, service experience, and this philosophy is shared among all our staff.
