Great customer service, people are happy to actually help you and they're everywhere. Unlike like Home Depot where you can't find anyone and when you do, they tell you, that's not my department or they act like helping you was the worst part of that day Lowe's is totally different prices are very competitive, always helpful staff who truly act happy to give you a hand. Love Lowe's, because I do!

Ridiculous. Service is dreadful. Called 4 X today, only to hear it ring, and ring, and ring ar 10 a.m. When I finally got through ( after changing prompts twice ), I was told that the installer that was suppose to call me 2 days ago happens to be on "vacation". Well, that's what they think? They're not really sure! Meanwhile, they'll give him a call to see " if" he is on vacation, and if so, they'll try and find me another installer. This, after telling me when I placed my order, that this guy is the ONLY installer who works my area. Then, I'm informed that they may not be able to find an installer who is willing to "cross the bridge"( Tobin Bridge). This, from a store in Saugus! Good God. Where do they find there help? Should have read the reviews first. It is true, this store never has enough help on the floor, and are horrible in the checkout/cashier department. See you later Lowes. After spending a fortune here this summer for a remodel, I'm taking my business elsewhere. This store is a disgrace.

My excellent experience was not because of the chubby African American female that works in the building dept. at the Saugus MA lication!! Her behavior, her lack of help and her shear ignorance, would make me not ever want to return to this store!! However, through corporate ERIC L understood that my experience was unacceptable and was willing to address it. Eric found the 427 pieces in the store which my chubby ignorant working was not willing to look or acknowledge the product was and is in the store. Eric's commitment to customer care put me into The BUILDING dept to pick up my cement. That is where I had the great Fortune to meet JACK and EILEEN. They were the opposite of the care I had received twice earlier in the day from our chubby friend. They are exceptional at knowing the product and knowing, understanding and giving excellent service. Please reward them in a way that they know how much their efforts and work ethics are appreciated. Thank you Jack and Eileen!!!!! Sincerely Debra A

Worst Lowe's, low energy staff, items not priced, price scanner broken. Home Depot much better.
