All employees demonstrate professionalism.
Bobby and Dave in the office are both very professional and know exactly what their company has in stock and either of them can help you place an order for any potential purchase. 
The Welding/PVC shop are full of capable and friendly staff who are fully able to help you gather your order in an efficient and hasty fashion (whether a fork-truck is required or not.)
The wood shop also has skilled workers who can hastily and professionally help you gather any potential wood order and even help you load it onto your flatbed/pickup/trailer.

I'm very disappointed with the service from NE Fence.  I've purchase over $10,000 worth of fencing from them over the years and just called them to ask a favor.  I have a gate (from them) that is broken and it is part of the fence that surrounds my pool.  I asked if there was a day (not today, any day) that I could drop off the gate in the morning and have it repaired same day so my pool would not be "open" as I'm concerned, especially at night that a child might wander into my backyard.  I was told they couldn't do it same day and they are really busy with gates right now and it would take a few days.  Not the response I expected and now they've lost a customer.
