Customer service employees need to be trained better especially on returns when the guy tells me he will not accept something for a return with an attitude you call the manager over and all of a sudden everything is perfect train your employees better so they know the policies and regulations you know that attitude is not one of them will never buy anything else from Best Buy ever again not worth it especially when you don't stand by your product

i went to best buy in saugus I had one of the best sales associates anyone could ask for.  I aksed alot of question and he answered every single one with the knowlege of each product. he deserves a raise or promotion

I bought a 55 Samsung TV with a Sony Sound Bar both with extended warranty and they worked great. Problem came around the next day when I found for $100 less at MicroCenter. I went in to purchase a mouse and keyboard and thought I would take care of 2 birds with one stone. 

Well when I asked for their price protection Mike the Geek Squad Manager said they couldn’t honor it because they have only 1 store in Massachusetts and they have limited quantities.

I informed them that be that as it may I’m in a position where I can go there and buy it, followed by me returning my previous purchase from yesterday tomorrow. Also they would need to sell my 1 day used items as an open box and make me not so happy. 

They decided to make me not so happy so I’m typing up this review from MICROCENTER where I’m in line with with my purchases.

Total RIPOFF DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE SPENT 3 HOURS HERE TRYING TO BUY COMPUTER  GOOD FRIDAY FINALLY GOT OUT OF THERE ONLY TO GO HOME FIND OUT IT WAS A REFURBISHED COMPUTER WAS SOLD AS NEW  HAD SOMEONE ELSES NAME ALREADY IN COMPUTER   MANAGER SAID THAT CANT HAPPEN GEEK SQUAD FOUND I WAS RIGHT THEY SAID THEY WOULD RESET IT I SAID NO  I PAID FOR NEW COMPUTER THATS WHAT I WANTED   IF U HAVE TO ORDER NEW ONE I WILL WAIT MANAGER MICHAEL PITCHER SAID SORRY WE CANT ORDER U SAME ONE ALL OUT  SO I PICKED OUT NEXT ONE  COMPARABLE WHICH WAS 100 MORE THE  MANAGER MICHAEL PITCHER SAID HE WOULD DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING AS FAR AS PRICE BREAK  FOR SELLING ME A REFURBISHED COMPUTER STAY AWAY STRICTLY A RIPOFF WITH TERRIBLE MANAGENT ........IDIOTS

Jat watch out with the return policies. I bought a surround system vizio which came defective ..Took me 3 weeks to take it back to the store n then got f' d by bein told they couldn't do anything bcz 15 days returning polocy. Sometimes u think u buying legit produc brand new n trustfull but no the case...  manager said. "Hey. we sell wht we get" . I'm wondering how they r able sell stuff without making sure the products are in good conditions...  wtv. hey Wht s a 300 surround..  I threw it right on the trash.. total Useless.. n time wasted...
