CVS on rocky river rd tried to call this location on two lines while i waited. No one would pick up in the pharmacy so i just drove here. I get here and there are only 3 people in line. What a joke of a business. If they were busy i would understand but nope. I guess its to much effort to pick up a phone right in front of you.

This place will have you waiting forever. The most unorganized pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They are lost and uneducated on their own systems it seems. NEVER GO!!

Horrible. I've been sitting here for almost an hour just trying to pick up my medicine. Their  vacuum delivery tube is stuck and I cannot get my debit card back. There is no way with proper maintenance that this should happen! On top of that I called in early this morning to get my prescription refilled. The guy was rude and couldn't care less about my needs. I had to call them at 1pm today to find out what was going on and guess what... "of our pharmacist forgot to call it in for you.", great customer service my butt!!!!
Now I have to sit here and hope that their "maintenance guy" shows up so I can get my damn debit card out of their malfunctioning tube!
The only redeeming thing this location has is 24hr service.
That's it. I hate having to come to this place!
I changed it from 1 star to 2 because there was one helpful lady on the phone with me earlier today, if not for her it would be a 1.
