I usually don't write reviews and I realize that some people have one bad experience and immediately write a negative review. This is not the case. I visited the store several times and spoke on the phone with several people and had a negative experience with every encounter. I visited the store on several occasions to look at and purchase a refrigerator. I was never asked if I needed help. After picking out the fridge that I wanted, I purchased it over the phone, which was also an ordeal. A few days later the delivery guy showed up, was physically aggressive with my husband (nudged him), verbally aggressive, and refused to haul off our old fridge after we paid for the service. He left with our fridge and returned to the store. My husband called and talked to several people at this Lowes and requested another delivery driver, they refused, and refunded our $3000. I would also like to add that we had been without a refrigerator for over a week (with 2 small children) and my husband was told that others had problems with the delivery guy as well. I called their corporate customer service line to complain and I thought they would make the situation right and they never did. Horrible business practices and horrible customer service. My husband and I shop at Lowe's weekly and we don't plan on giving them any more of our business.

Staff should be a little more knowledgeable about the store layout and product placement, but they are very nice, so I'll continue to shop there

Gentleman in Paint dept today @2pm was on point and helpful and should get a raise. However at checkout to findout that i cant use my military discount without setting up a MyLowe's acct(before shopping) was an inconvenience. They offered for me to go to customer service for a price adjustment but that line had 8 people inline with 1 person working register. No time for that. Why do business make things so difficult? Jeez!

Lowes has the best help! Joe and David helped me find the shelving I needed in lumber, and Jill in hardware found the brackets and screws I needed.
