I was a little hesitant at first because of the reviews on Yelp but had to come here out of time constraint. It was after 9pm and less than an hour from closing. I was pleasantly surprised!  As soon as I walked in customer service asked how they could help and knew exactly which aisle (in that HUGE warehouse) where I could find my things.  Went to gardening and was again met with extreme helpfulness. These guys were as fresh as could be too, even though it was late. When going to check out, the lady directed me exactly to the register and called for assistance to get my soil bags to the car. They not only made me feel valued, but safe.  I was blown away by how pleasant and helpful this staff was and how easy they made this trip.

Great price with the largest variety of items to choose from. Customer service is superb. Much better than any other hardware stores I have been to.

I will never go to this location again. I am a contractor and I have purchased a lot of materials and supplies from here, but no more. In a pinch I rented a piece of equipment that was on a trailer. I was by myself that day and in my van not my truck. He was getting frustrated because I couldn’t get lined up with the trailer. First they have the equipment in the worst location so it is already a pain for extended van. But the guy just stands there and watches doesn’t even offer to guide me back. He kept looking frustrated. What a dick.

Employee by name of Wes was very knowledgeable in helping my wife and I with some gardening questions and very polite. Quick to acknowledge our presence unlike several others we had walked by and attempted to speak with.

Bought 2 plants for our yard. They did not have the geraniums we went for. Too early yet. Good selection of plants though.
