Typical huge Lowe's super store. It has a nice garden center in season. The store is kind of tucked away off Rt 4, off to the side of the Bergen Town Center mall, by Shoprite. It has loads and loads of parking. Never too crowded. They always seem to have a good amount of friendly and helpful floor sales staff to answer questions and/or steer you to the right aisle. Closed on Sundays due to Bergen county blue laws.

My mother went to this Lowes location to purchase a washing machine hose and removal of previous machine. They told her the washing machine was not in stock and they would have to order it. She requested the earliest delivery for Friday. They gave her the day and a rep was supposed to call to confirm the delivery window time. She called on Wednesday and Thursday to confirm their window of time. When she called the delivery number, there was no answer and after five rings it goes back to the beginning of the automated system. For two days of calling, she finally got a response on day three which was the day the machine was to be delivered. Finally she was able to get in touch with an operator, who confirmed that my mother was to have her item delivered 4:30PM-6:30 and that she was the first person to be delivered too. After that window of time passed, she called and called without a response and finally got a hold of an operator Devon who said she wasn't allowed to call the delivery guys. Finally at 8:35PM the delivery man called to ask her if she wanted her washing machine now or tomorrow. She said now. They apologized for being held up. My mother is 72 and this level of stress and back and forth with the calling to get no response is unacceptable. You lost her and our entire family as customers. Worst service ever.

We came for the ceiling lights. There are so many styles to choose from. I was fascinated by the designs. Also, there's a section for design your own with 3 easy steps. Choose the base + the shades +light to form your own lightings. Why didn't I thought of that! Great idea.

Purchased entry doors on November 17 .... my back door came in a few weeks later and was still waiting on the front door. They wouldn't install the back door until the front door came in. I had to wait until mid January --- 2 MONTHS LATER. They gave me a 2 hour delivery window and they didn't show or call to say they would be late ... still waiting ... One salesperson was really informative ... the others not so much. This has been a really long process ... I can only pray that the install will be good.

Great place. Good selection. Helpful workers, friendly workers. Should have more workers.
