We were in there today and was met at the front door by Joe. He was talking to us about our twin girls. We then asked him about the blue race car shopping carts. We were not able to locate them and neither was he at the time. We then went on our way. Within in 5 minutes he tracks us down and he has a blue race car shopping cart with sanitation wipes in hand. The girls were very happy to see the blue race car. It seems like such a minor thing but in my opinion Joe went above and beyond. We shop at this Lowes on a weekly basis and we always have a good experience. I asked for his name and he said he goes by Papa Joe. Thank you for the great experience, Papa Joe!

Some people really add to a shopping experience. Kareem displayed product knowledge and an authentic desire to help me find what I was looking for. I went back on multiple occasions for different projects and he remembered me each time and always displayed a consistent work ethic. Now I don't go anywhere else now because I feel like I can trust good customer service at this location. Thanks Kareem : )

Lowe's always has what I am looking for or can point me toward a competitor who can. Their returns process has been fantastic every time I have needed to make use of it.

All outdoor light bulbs should be in the same area under a sign that says outdoor bulbs. All 60 watt indoor bulbs should be in one area. Same for rest of wattage. Signs above should say 60 watt indoor bulbs. As long as every company stays separated impossible to compare prices.  Also takes a lot of time to cover the length of the aisle. Thanks for answering. The worker who helped me in the plumbing area was so helpful and kind.

If I  could give zero stars I would. We ordered a stove, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher set last Sunday. Set delivery for today. At 9:30 am I  got the call our delivery was on the way. The deliver guy said he only has two pieces though. The stove and dishwasher so at this point my husband calls lowes to find out why  our fridge and microwave are not on the truck. They say they will look into it and call back. The delivery guy gets here stove has a dent and scratch in the side and I'm pissed at this point so I have my husband to tell them to take it back. I paid for new appliances I don't really want something new that already has dents, dings and scratches that I didn't even put there. An hour or so later they call and talk to my husband and say they don't have the fridge or microwave or another stove in stock. This upsets me greatly because when we ordered it in the store the guy said everything was there and ready to go and that we would not have to wait, which was my concern when we bought this because he initially  said we may have to await two weeks for a stove but he checked the stock and said it was all there. So now my husband has been at Lowe's since 10 am (it's 3:30pm now) and still no appliances, no solution for the screw up, and they want to give him a hard time about a refund and that it will be a week before they put the money back on his card for appliances I don't even have.  We have no fridge in our home because we unhooked it and gave it to a friend who needed one when our order was confirmed for delivery yesterday. We've  also unhooked and moved the stove and dishwasher trying to make things easier for delivery and will now have to hook everything back up and figure out what to do without a fridge until we can find another since every other option there is out of the price range for which we set money aside for. So a big thanks for nothing Lowes.
