Scheduled an appointment for a quote on a roof replacement & they were a no-show.   They apologized & rescheduled for today @ 9:30am.  It is now 11:54am & again, another no-show, no call, nothing.  Very disappointed & almost at the point of not doing business with them again.  As a side note, I ordered some granite from another Home Depot location almost five weeks ago & have not had one follow up about getting measurements/install (which I was told would happen with a week or two).  Good thing I am not ready  to have that done, but the lack of follow through on their end makes me feel I have made a mistake going with them in the first place.  Considering cancelling that order & going with someone else.

Went in search of a specific screw I looked for help after standing there 5 minutes the guy I found said he would send someone over but I had too go look again.  Unfortunately I found the clueless person in the store. He played with his handheld for a good while. I was getting very impatient when he finally tried too look he went to railroad screws I was looking for a little screw too put in my tv. I went too Lowe’s thank you Lowe’s for competence.

I keep going back because it's close, but leave disappointed every time.   This time was the worst and last.   I went in search of a shower door seal.   When i couldn't find it i asked an employee if he knew where they were located.  He didn't know, which is fine, so he tried to call someone, but no answer.   We walked over to another department where an employee was on the computer and as we walked up to her she was complaining about the customers she was having to help and how "they're everywhere."   Then she looks at the guy I'm with and says,  "and you're not helping the situation."  Awkward silence... he asked her for what i was looking for and she replied to me annoyingly that they didn't have parts, only doors. 

I went to Lowe's.  They were polite and directed me right to it.

You have two choices in West Knoxville. You can go to this store first, hoping they may have what you want ( God help you if you need help finding something) or go to Lowe's down the road (God help you if you need help finding something here also), have an easier time finding what you want, but having to pay  .19 cent more for the PVC fitting I needed. I hate going to this place or Lowe's. Home Depot stock price per share is sky high. I know why. Don't hire no help, keeps the bottom line under control. Let the people eat cake........update. on 12 January 2018, Steve in the plumbing department was a life saver. Thanks Steve.😁😁😁😁

I have been to a hundred different Home Depots all over the country. Not very in pressed how cash register/check out set up is laid out. In this store. The costumer service was great! Thank you.
