I'm a beginning hobbyist/metalworker and the staff here are extremely courteous and friendly. I've stopped by several times and always had  wonderful experiences with the employees. The shop is set up so you can explore and ponder if you don't know exactly what you need, and set up to easily order if you know specifically what you are looking for. The site also offers quite a few custom cutting and bending services, so be sure to ask if there's a specific type of cut you need. They also have an offcut section that customers can shop through if you're willing to take some time to peruse, and you can find some really good deals this way, or small scraps to practice with. I met the owner, Wayne, on a couple previous visits, and he was very friendly and polite. All in all, this is a nice shop for both the professional with specific metal needs, and the hobbyist looking to learn.

Wayne is the worst person to deal with. Won’t be going back. Do yourself a favor and find a better place than this trash.

Very helpful, Speedy service, and made me feel right at home even with my limited knowledge. Large selection of metals with very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Would highly recommend and will return.

I buy my chassis material here. They are so easy to work with. I’ve been buying metal for many years and never come across a supplier this fantastic. The super clean shop is impressive!
