This was by far the worst online purchase experience I’ve ever had. . . I ordered a queen box spring on 3/9/18. I was told I’d expect delivery by 3/16/18. When I didn’t receive a phone call, I decided to call to check on the status of delivery. Come to find out, delivery was not scheduled with the transport company. After back and forth for another 2 weeks, I still didn’t receive it until 3/30/18! And although I’d received an automated phone call informing me that my delivery was scheduled for the following day, the day of delivery I received a call informing me that my merchandise wasn’t in the warehouse! After additional back and forth, my purchase was located but upon delivery, I had to actually assist the guy in delivering my own merchandise because he delivered the product alone! Needless to say, I WILL NEVER make a purchase from Sears or Sears Outlet again! Completely unprofessional.

Great customer service, had an issue with an item I bought and Ron and Kenny were all over it. Great deals on appliances, mowers, etc. They even help you load!!!!! Thanks Paul.

Thank you Ron Begley for going above and beyond! If you come here ask for Ron. Not only is he so knowledgeable about appliances and the specs, he treats you like family. No kidding! We had problems with sears support as it was taking 2+ weeks for a specialist to come and fix our new bought dryer. Ron did not stand for this, not only did he swap out our dryer and matching washer, he himself helped with his own truck to save us from mountain of stinky laundry! Thank you so much Ron!

Unprofessional behavior from the employee. The lady was really rude, had zero customer serving skills. She was acting like they were offering me free product. Never buying any product from their again!
