I purchased a chainsaw last July and spent a good amount on it so when asked if I wanted the extended warranty I was interested so I had some questions and one of the questions I asked was if for some reason the chainsaw got any type of cracks or damage to it if it was covered and I was told yes so I was sold I spent the extra 40$ to cover then chainsaw for ANYTHING that happens to it and now a year later I so happen to have fallen off a ladder while cutting some branches and the chainsaw cracked and I brought it to the Sanford Maine lowes where I purchased it and they ended up calling the warrenty in and I was told because it was cracked from falling that it's not covered but that is the reason why I purchased the warrenty and was SOLD on it p this extra warrenty is garbage because they protect everything else under the manufacture warrenty any way I will NEVER purchase another thing from lowes again there is plenty of other places to go thanks for nothing you have lost multiple customers

Dan and the home appliance delivery crew were awesome. Clear communications, wicked nice, and they knew exactly what they were doing; even problem-solved on the spot to make sure our dryer fit in the close corridors, and hooked it up so it was working before they left. All-in-all the store's team had solid communication with great people making sure the job got done right. Thanks!
