Every time I go here I am overwhelmed by the sheer amount of merchandise to choose from!!! Today I was trying to find mini single lights to put on top of a headband (like Mantis from Guardians of the Galaxy) and an employee named Jason went all around the store showing me different kinds I could use for my makeshift costume in the most RANDOM of places so I could get the best possible product for the cheapest price. I visited 6 stores before coming here and he finished the costume in minutes. Just WOW.

Terrible! Went in today and the line was 20 deep. 2 people where making balloons and didn't bother to help. Got to front to check out and I could barely hear or understand the girl checking me out.
This is an aweful location definitely not corporately owned.

Loved that a military discount was offered.  I ordered what I needed myself on there online order kiosk and received free shipping.  The kiosk computer is super old and slow though which made my ordering process take way longer than I wanted it too.  Staff was friendly and helpful

days a go I bought a body suit for my daughter in the process I asked the cashier if it was the wrong size of I could exchange it or return it, I was told yes!! Well here I am standing in front of a cashier with a name tag "chief" been denied!! When asked for a MOD no one would come to attend to this issue they would only communicate with the cashier via radio!? So disappointed at their customer service!!!

Horrible experience. We called to ask about getting balloons loan up and were told we could have balloons when we came to the store, got to the register to be told there was a 30 minute wait. We expressed that we called and what we were told. The cashier told the manager and he yelled THIRTY MINUTES and that was that. They will never get business from me again.
