Just got excellent customer service from Don at the tool desk. He helped me remove a stripped screw from an electrical device because I didn't have the strength in my hands to do so. He also helped me replace the batteries and set it up good as new! 👍🏽

These guys have a way of being "nice a**holes". They stop to help after you run them down and then act like they have some place better to be. Nobody really cares weather or not you get what you came in there for. Kin of leaves you scratching your head. Hardly a smile from any of the employees.

Just had an amazing experience buying a dishwasher. Walter really went the extra mile to help us determine the right dishwasher for us. He personally checked and determined the Bosch we wanted was in stock! Wow. You don't see that level of customer service every day. And we REALLY needed a new dishwasher. Honestly can't believe how great our visit to Lowe's was today. Thanks Walter!

Customer service is not that great. I've been in this location about a zillion times in the past few weeks as I am working on a garden. There is hardly anyone around to help and in the garden section they try to ignore you. There was an older gentleman there on Sunday I believe it was, his name I think was Dennis and he was very helpful. The only person who asked me if I needed help and I definitely did because I had no idea what I was doing. There was a cashier same day named Jacky I believe. She didn't smile at me. She didn't act like she wanted to be there. I bought gardening gloves and got home and realized she hadn't removed the security device on them so I returned the gloves and found some cheaper at target. The other day I was over in the brick section and there was an associate standing there on her phone. She said to me without hardly looking up from her phone "how are you." What happened to the value of treating your customers right so that they continue to return and fund your paychecks????? I guess this is what I can expect from now on so I may as well get used to it.

The gentleman in the paint department was very very patient with me & very helpful too!!! I wish I had gotten his name to give him credit. I was in the store today around 3:15. Lowe's is the only place I shop!!! Thumbs Up to Lowe's
