This is an average big box home improvement store. Most of their products are owned by Home Depot, so the selection of many items are limited to their own products. It's typical to be frustrated when looking for someone to help, especially early in the morning before 10:00 or late in the evening an hour before closing. Upsides include being able to cut moulding to length instead of having to buy an entire piece, such as Lowe's requires. Coffee is always available at the contractor desk. The garden section is very limited. I've rarely seen anything that I'd plant at home due to the poor condition of the plant.

The lady in the store is very enthusiastic but the delivery was too bad. I bought a washer and dryer a week ago and the lady scheduled to deliver them today. My husband was waiting at home the whole day for a call but nothing happened. I called them at around 4:00 pm and the person who answered the call said it would be delivered before 6:00. We had a game to go at 7:00 but we still waited until 5:30 pm still nothing happened. We called them again and we were told it might be delivered before six. We waited until 6:00 nothing happened. We never got a call from them. The delivery was messed up badly and no communication with us at all. This is disappointing and brought us lots of inconvenience!

My husband and I came in knowing nothing about paint and thankfully RJ at the paint Department was there to help. He was wonderful!! Very professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. He made our shopping experience much easier than we expected. These five stars are for him.. Thank you RJ!

LOVE THIS STORE! Great employees, always helpful. Great prices. I go at least once a week for my many projects I do.
