This Home Depot is kind of hit and miss. They have a good selection but something's other Home Depot's have this one won't. Sometimes I get asked if I need help every 10 feet and sometimes I have to seek out unfriendly help. Home Depot doesn't seem to hire experienced pros anymore.

Worst Home Depot I've ever been came to buy a BBQ grill over $300 and could not fit it in my car asks for a manager and then they told me he's waiting at the register wow so I walked there and told him the situation he didn't show any care or helped me. Then I asked for a truck he said no then asked how can I get it to my house he said I don't know and staired then laughed him and his friend at the register. This manager looked young small with glasses and he's co worker was tall such disrespectful I'll never go back and I'll go to Lowes from now on.

The home depot is fine for an experienced contractor..Dont expect a lot of informative help. Just went to the one in Roanoke..completely different experience..clerk in tools saved me $50.00 by helping me select a reciprocating saw with another kit...5 stars
