Buyers beware! If you purchase any roofing material make sure that is absolutely the right material because they will not let you exchange it. They honestly said they do not have polioces when it comes to returning but that they can pick and chose what they want to take back. Just for that I called and cancelled my Home Depot credit card today and went across the street to Lowe's and opened up a new account.

I dropped by to purchase 2 faucet covers BEFORE the freeze tonight. The prices were excellent. My only comment they (or the boxes they were in) or anywhere on the rack (by end of aisle) had NO PRICES marked. I had to flag down an employee to come over & scan it. I WOULDN'T HAVE WASTED MY OR YOUR EMPLOYEES TIME IF PRICES WERE SOMEWHERE CLOSE TO THE ITEM. YOUR products, customer service, cashiers, etc., ARE EXCELLENT. Thank you. Home Depot - NRH Tx

The lack of items (screws for hanging shelves) is not acceptable! I'm here visiting my daughter and grandsons. It's hard to build shelves when there's only 2 boxes of shelving screws in the entire store! I had to had to go to Lowe's across the street! As a builder, I do not do this, but as a Dad and Papa, I do! Per a business standpoint, keep your shelves stocked!!?
