Horrible experience with delivery of a paid item. Did not deliver as promised/scheduled; was told the item was on the delvery truck that was running behind; still no delivery; FINALLY talked with someone who actually returned our calls only to be told our item was never put on the truck. Now our order has to be found at another store and they will let us know when they find what we purchased. Sadly, the item was in the store when we purchased it yet we didn’t have the resources to bring it home:hence, a needed delivery. Did not appreciate being lied to and highly weary of the management team at this location. Was NEVER able to speak with a manager the numerous times we called. Add that to the fact that we had a difficult time getting someone to answer any call made. Buyers purchasing from Lowe’s and expecting delivery beware. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

They have a major deficit when it comes to ordering something. When I ordered a shed from them it was like pulling teeth. Nobody knew what the process was or who to talk to. I had to go back multiple times to be there when the "one and only shed ordering person" was working. When I tried to order a custom door I waited for 15 minutes at the project desk only to have the person there who had been helping another customer that the person who orders the doors was gone for the day. When I finally was able to order it, I waited for them to call me when it came in. They never called. And, when I called to check they said it had been there for 9 days. Thanks, guys.

The sales person I talked with was friendly and informative to my question. I went in for a mop bucket and also bought a broom, and dust pan. I never end up buying just one thing.

Better than HD on tools. Larger selection, better deals. On materials though I prefer HD. Staff seems to be more knowledgeable at Orange store. For whatever reason I can never find what I need here and getting somebody to help you is like pulling teeth from a anxious dog. To mention though, that on appliance these guys are better too.
