They are great making the initial sale. I bought my flooring there thinking it would be faster to have them install it instead of my husband. I was wrong. It was supposed to be delivered 2 weeks after purchase. It was finally delivered 3 weeks after. They never called me to set up the delivery I had to call them. Same went for installation. Was supposed to be 3 days after delivery. It was installed a week late. After getting corporate involved. They sent a "crew" to install it. One person. He did a great job. It's not his fault they couldn't schedule things. They only sent 1 person to install 2 large rooms of hardwood flooring. It took two 12 hour days for him to get it done. Over a month and a half after I purchased it. Installed a month late. Then they gave me 10% of my purchase because I contacted corporate. However the store owner was so rude to me. It could have been free and I still wouldn't shop at that store again.

Good like the others, but this one had a bunch of kids huddled together at the self checkout talking about how this particular Home Depot had the worst Christmas music. They where not helpful, actually kinda in the way. They need to go apply at Target and leave Home Depot to the adults.

Great help at the pro desk; store was most helpful in helping get a grant for veterans service center.

Standard Home Depot visit. If you need to find anything you can use the Home Depot website to search for the item. If you have your store set it'll tell you the isle the item is in. That's normally easier than finding and associate to help you.

Called the garden center to ask about pumpkins. The lady(?) on the other end curtly told me they weren't there yet. When I attempted to ask when approximately they might show up, the lady interrupted me to reiterate that they aren't there yet and then said goodbye. She(?) sounded super shady and potentially high. Very robotic. Not the quality I expect from Home Depot. Get on that.
