Ordered a recliner and was told it would ship in two weeks. It came in 6 with a large chip missing. Customer service told me it would come in 2 weeks when it was reordered and I asked them to call me to confirm. They never did. Called two more times - they couldn't tell me when it would come. Turns out it would be another 6 weeks. 

Store manager was very rude and inconsiderate. Staff does not followup to provide estimated ship dates. 

Would not buy anything from them.
