Everytime I come to this store I am greeted by a rude and unhelpful employee. This guy didn't ask for  my name or look up my account. Instead he was dismissive and paid more attention to his pc screen than me. Even though I specifically said that I was directed to the store by the corporate website. This has been my experience every time I come here which at this point is extremely disappointing.

Theo and Kenan are phenomenal employees. They were able to get my son a new phone without changing my bill too much. They got everything transferred for me and him with ease. 5/5 stars without a doubt.

Great store and even better employees. See Kenan H. for any sprint needs, he is very knowledgeable and kind to work with. Exceeded my expectations, and represents sprint well.
