Our family was very impressed with the professionalism and courtesy shown to us throughout the process.  Tim was wonderful and every detail was perfect.  At no time did we feel any pressure, there was no upselling, only respect and accommodation of our wishes.  The facility is very nice, clean, tastefully decorated.

Tammy Wilson is a very patient and kind person. I appreciate this so much during a difficult time. Her kind words helped me to feel better. Talking with her is a pleasant experience. Everyone at Lucas is kind and helpful.

When my mother-in-law passed away,Tim Smith and all the staff at Lucas Funeral Home in Keller brought us comfort and guidance in our grief.  From the first meeting to the day of the memorial service, everyone was incredibly kind, supportive and professional.  Our entire family is so appreciative for all they did for us.  Would highly recommend.
