Lucky pets is wonderful! Our dog is always a little nervous, but as soon as he sees our fabulous groomer he is so happy & excited. I trust her completely with him - I'm sure he's a furry little handful too! He loved Spa day (zen dog), and I've never seen his coat so beautiful!  Thanks Tasha, we love what you do!

I went in with my little girl and one of the two women working quite literally stared me down, like I was some type of villain. I take forever looking at cat food brands. If I am going to spend 40 dollars, I want to look over the ingredient list. I got some unkind and downright weird looks that I did not appreciate, so I decided to leave. It was a really odd experience. I never leave these reviews but maybe you can have a talk with your staff? Be kind to your customers?

I brought my dog to Lucky Pets for the first time a few days ago for boarding. She was there for three nights while I was on vacation. I signed her up for grooming the day I picked her up. When I got her she was a happy, fluffy, clean puppy! Lucky Pets is about a 45 minute drive for me and she didn't even make a peep which is extremely rare. 
I was very very pleased with the service and I will most definitely be making the journey out to St Michael anytime I need kenneling services.

All I have to say is WOW! Every time I walk into Lucky Pets the team amazes me and the diverse products and services are impressive. It's rare to experience such personalized service and genuine care for our dog. We also love the fact that we can go to one place for grooming, boarding, daycare, self-service dog washes, shopping, and more. What I love the most is how much of a true interest everyone takes in us the moment we walk through the door. Penny and her team really care and  that's the reason we keep coming back! We couldn't think of a better place for Libby!

An amazing place. The staff is so friendly the facilities clean and they all really know what they are talking about.
