Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Clean, well organized store. Items are much more expensive than online merchants like Amazon. They do offer pet training classes at a comparable rate.

Wonderful, friendly staff. We normally pop in to get a couple little things here and there. There are cats up for adoption here and we have been there when other adoption events were being held.

Normally the store is clean and the staff is just really nice during the day. Parking is free in the lot and the location makes it easy to swing through while you are shopping for other things.

The layout is awful, the lighting makes things look dingy, and it seems like the animals are crowded. I'm not sure if that's across Petco or not, I usually shop at a competitor. BUT, the customer service was FABULOUS. OUTSTANDING. So, if you don't mind the actual physical location, the service gets 5 stars.

Animals all in tiny cages, barely get any interaction, most likely all from mills. Dont support places like this. I wouldn't leave an animal here for any kind of grooming either.
