Horrible customer service. Slow under staffed store with employees that hate their job and don't want to be there. The store manager doesn't honor return policies. I bought a fish tank there and a week later put a few fish in the tank from that store and they all had ick. I Called the manager and told her the situation. She said to bring it in for a full refund. So I did but because I did not have the same card I purchased it with she would not give me a refund or even store credit and demanded that I bring in a bank statement which is personal information. I did not have the same credit card due to fraud. I looked on their website while I was there and their return policy clearly stated if you don't have the same card that they will give you a store credit which she did not honor. I argued my case and one of the employees their ended up calling the cops which is crazy over a situation like this. Do not go to PetSmart especially for fish due to ick in their tanks.

We went to get my long hair cat shaved because of severe matting because of old age. He can be a grump being held when he doesn't want to be, but they were able to get the important parts done and the price was reasonable. I'd use them again if he needs another shave.

One of the best Petsmarts in the twin cities. Staff is helpful,and friendly, place is clean and always well stocked.

This review is for the Grooming Salon. The poor customer service is on another level. They are extremely rude, unfriendly, and not personable in the slightest. I have tried to make this salon work because of its convenient location but I will no longer bring my dog there. After 8 months of continuously trying to update the phone number and email on my account - every single time it's wrong when I walk in. I could get past this if the employees were kind, friendly and helpful, but they are definitely not. I do not suggest bringing your pet here. Note: I am extremely understanding when it comes to retail jobs and difficult customers - I would normally never leave a review like this but I don't want this to happen to anyone else.

Always has what we need for our Bearded Dragon and cat. Good crickets! Love the fish!
