The grooming department is never/randomly open. They don't have set hours. It just seems to be open whenever they feel like it. You can go there in the middle of the day or early evening or on a weekend and they will be closed randomly. Better to go somewhere else for your grooming needs.

Only place I take my dog for a nail trimming. Very fast and easy process and inexpensive.

I attempted to schedule appt for my dogs grooming.  He gave my call to the grooming manager Christianna.  I was informed that I had called and cancelled 3 appts so I am not able to schedule with them anymore.  I did however call ahead of time she informed me that those are appts are appt other people could have had.  Are you kidding me, it is a grooming salon and I am sure there are other people that call last minute to get in and I am sure those appointment were filled.  This manager Christianna couldn't  tell me why her staff didn't tell me that if I cancelled I wouldn't be able to schedule again, her response to me was I have no idea I didn't do it.

Joan does  a very good job with the puppy training classes.  Good selection of food, treats and toys.

I worked with Joan for positive dog training. Joan was a great teacher but often got confused with class times and subject matter. At the time, I believe she was the only trainer. She was always quick to apologize and flexible with making sure I was compensated for the mistakes. I have also had good luck with the groomers at this location.
