Have been a paying customer for awhile. I had a conference phone call from my boss whole eating lunch and was told to keep quiet from Robin. 
In today's day in age...if you can't deal with people making money to make YOUR LIVING let us be.
Other wise my real server was very helpful.
Needs better management fast.

The food is pretty good. Not too different from all of the other places around, but you may be able to get in and out faster than some of your busier restaurants.

Took to long for food to come out. 
Food was cold.
Seems Under staff
Food wasn't good... the taste was off

Staying locally for vacation with the family. Service was excellent all the way around. Food was atrocious all the way around. Mahi Mahi BLT was overcooked and bland. Turkey sandwiches tasted off and even kid's burger was off-textured. Would not recommend as a restaurant, maybe a decent bar.

I was just there to have a nice lunch with my daughter. I haven't been there for years. A new menu looked good. I was interested in the grilled cheese sandwich, but it came with soup and I'm not big on soup so I asked my server, Robin, if I could just get the sandwich. She said sure, I'll put fries on it. I never thought much about it so I said sure.
When I saw I was charged $11 for a grilled cheese,( yes, it was gouda on sourdough bread but I really never thought any place would charge you full price when I specifically inquired if I could only have the sandwich and not the soup) I asked about it. The bar manager point blank refused to honor my request because it was served with fries. 
I'm a bit surprised when I didn't ask for a substitute, but was given one anyway without being informed that the cheese sandwich was the same price regardless if I got the soup or not. When I said if I'm going to be charged for the soup anyway, then give me the soup to go and that would settle it. The manager, was surly, rude and a pretty shabby manager.
Reminded me of why I hadn't been there in years.
