Over the years, I have had classic psychoanalysis with a previous therapist with fair results. To work through some specific issues I was suffering from, I decided to give Cognitive Behavioral Therapy a try and contacted Dr. Lukin. Within several months, Dr. Lukin immediately provided me with much needed relief. He is an extremely skilled and compassionate therapist who will patiently work with you to overcome obstacles that are holding you back in life. For example, at work, I was quick to feel anger and frustration if situations were out of my control. He effectively helped me to address the thoughts and emotions driving these reactions so I could effectively manage my professional acumen. The change was so significant, that my manager actually complimented me on how well I was handling challenging situations and subsequently gave me a great review. In short, Dr. Lukin liberated me from certain behaviors that were limiting my emotional well-being and growth at work and at home. He is a great resource for my life! Highly, highly recommend!
