There was a skeleton crew working when I went in for an emergency appointment. I had always been pleased with this group UNTIL this appointment and a dentist I had never seen. NO ONE listened. They had it in their mind that my case was like "all the others". When my appointment was over, nothing had been accomplished. I was still in a great deal of pain. Later that day I was sent for a root canal, which turned out to be a partial, and that tooth had to be pulled. Still no medications of any kind and in a great deal of pain at the end of the day. I ended up missing 4 days of work because the pain was so severe and that side of my face was really swollen. Finally they called to set up an appointment with one of their senior dentist. He pulled the tooth. So after 2 weeks of pain and swollen face, minus a tooth, and I am still in pain and my face is still swollen! Please someone slow down and listen to your patients!

Made an appointment a week in advance. Had several back and forth phone calls between the office staff and myself. Came the alloyed 30 before apt for paperwork. Office still did not have their administrative information together. We had to give up the apt. due to lack follow thru with staff. So disappointed

We will not be going back to this office. Our 6 year old son has high functioning autism and this should have been noted in his file after we told someone twice. After the first disastrous visit, we were told to come back after he was very squirmy during the examination. The second time we came back, after I told the receptionist to make sure his handicap was noted, we were made to wait for over an hour and a half after he was taken out of school for his appointment. I was told he was forgotten on the wait list, but that is no excuse for me having to keep him calm for that long for his visit in a very busy waiting room. He was very good and calm for the first hour. Needless to say he was overstimulated with being there for so long and we could not get anything accomplished once he got into the chair. We have to go to another dentist now, and it is just a complete waste of everyone's time. He is actually a very good kid and didn't deserve that today.

Called in saying they would sell me high fluoride toothpaste. They told me they could set me up as a customer for This as I need a high fluoride paste. I drove 15 miles too this place for them too tell me the exact opposite. Don't do businesss with a company that says one thing then does something else.

Our 5 year old son was put in so much pain. We were scheduled for a crown and filling but we didn't have enough money so I asked if we could do something else that our insurance will cover, Dr Elleni Kapoor recommended to do an extraction. So we did, she didn't wait long enough for the pain meds to work and pulled his tooth. He cried and kicked up, I feel horrible putting him through that. Then she proceeded to say we shouldn't have done it because it "scars" them and she wants to build trust. He wasn't scarred he was crying and in a lot of pain. Why didn't She say that in the beginning like maybe we should wait or let's see if there's something better? Because she gets money and doesn't care. She was unproffessional saying because our financial situation and him not getting laughing gas he will have a worse time coming in next time. It took a lot for me to compose myself. We will never go back. They take advantage of your insurance be careful!
