I have been going to Dr. Tibbs for quite a few years.  She  is absolutely the best dentist to have especially if you have dental issues.  Her staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help.

Dr. Tibbs is the absolute best dentist I have ever had (Dr. Vickie). The entire practice is perfect for someone like me with dental issues! Her staff are caring professionals with genuine warmth! I am in the middle of complicated dental work and am seriously grateful to have found Dr. Tibbs.

I have been a patient for many years, and love the staff.  But, I am not happy with the direction of the practice.  I am there for dentistry related services, not to have my blood pressure taken or to discuss other non-dental issues.  I have a primary doctor for this and other general medical issues. Also, if you insist on monitoring blood pressure, please invest in quality equipment.  My comments are meant to be helpful, as I know you guys have the best interest of your patients in mind.  If I were in business, I would appreciate honest comments from my customers.

Have been a patient here since we moved to New Kent 4 years ago.  I have very sensitive teeth and cleaning can be an ordeal for me. The staff here are wonderful and I never have a problem!  They are good about explaining everything they are doing.

Excellent staff, friendly and personable. They worked out a payment plan so that I could get some major work completed. Looking forward to my next visit!
