I wouldn't not recommend this dentistry to anyone ! The dentist workers seem as if they don't know what their doing. The fillings don't match the color of your teeth. They grind half a tooth away to fill a tiny cavity that later chips again within the first year. And always try to get me to do x-rays not telling you how much it cost until they already take them so now you have to pay and it's $180. This place is a scam !

I don't know if you've ever heard a story like this.....My mom is an insured senior citizen with one tooth filling covered annually. She needed a small, no drill filling on the very top of her tooth. Checked in at LWSS (she is not new to the practice and they had her insurance information on file), was taken back right away, had a filling done by Dr Warren Sachs - all good, right? Was presented with $270 bill at check out!!! When asked WHY???, was told that white filling is not covered, only metal one is...Remember, she was checked in really quick and WAS NOT TOLD ANYTHING ABOUT THIS (Donna confirmed when I called that it was their mistake)! She asked what is next and was presented with 3 choices - PAY OR HAVE WHITE FILLING REPLACED WITH METAL OR HAVE WHITE FILLING TAKEN OUT AND GO ELSEWHERE FOR SERVICE!!! Well, filling came out (I wish I was there with her so this would have not happen...), was taken out by the same Dr Sachs without saying a word! That's not all...They had a nerve to send a bill to the insurance company for an "oral eval" - FRAUD!! And when insurance company denied as a non covered service, SHE GOT A BILL - BILL FOR AN EVALUATION THAT NEVER HAPPENED!  Well, now it's your choice to use LWSS or not...And doctor Sachs - she was teaching your grandchildren for $10/hour!!! I was outraged and now just laughing....all of those humane titles behind those dentists names...JUST A JOKE! On another note, I am glad it was not a heart or liver or any other vital organs taken out of her body after learning that insurance will not cover the service! LOL!

We took our one-year-old to LWSS for a routine checkup and cleaning. We were in and out in 10 minutes, but they billed us $182; $60 for the exam (she looked at his teeth), $85 for the cleaning (she brushed his teeth), and $37 for a fluoride treatment (she rubbed a Q-Tip on his teeth). Remember, this is all for a child with about 11 teeth and the entire process took less than 10 minutes. We were not notified of these costs up-front, despite telling them we were self-pay.

We paid out of pocket for the visit which made the bill a little harder to swallow as it’s usually discounted for self-pay, but apparently not here. When our son’s insurance company later agreed to reimburse the visit, I had to spend over TWO MONTHS calling LWSS to get our money back.

LWSS wouldn’t refund our payment until they got their money from insurance. Then only one person could process the payment, but she wasn’t in. Then another person could do it, but she wasn’t in. This went on for weeks. Then someone had to go and ask permission from one of the dentists to refund our money; this was AFTER they had already received and deposited the payment from the insurance company.

In the end, it took over a dozen calls to LWSS and more than ten weeks to get our money back. We went through the same process with our pediatrician and it took three weeks, and they actually returned calls and followed-up, unlike LWSS.

Look elsewhere for a dentist, folks. It’s not like there aren’t hundreds of them in our area.

My kids and I have been going to this practice for over 20 years and we love them. I have had a tremendous amount of dental work so I been through it all. I have always had friendly staff and great service.
