I have furnished two homes in the past decade, which means that I have been in the store MANY times. No one was ever rude. They were treated with kindness, which they returned ten fold. My furniture was perfect for my needs, only had one tiny issue with a mattress, and they replaced in three days. I’m now on my third residence, and I am pleased with my new things, two bedrooms of furniture from M Jacobs. I’m fairly realistic about the time it takes to ship furniture, and work with the sales and manager team to make thing work.

We bought a couch from MJacobs a year ago and it has not held up. We have had to replace the cushions once already and now it it starting to sag and fabric has worn quite a bit in the last three months! If you're going to charge top dollar, have better items on the floor!

I have never had such horrible service. I came in with my mother so i could show her couch i was looking at. When I came in I was completely ignored while the sales person just walked towards my mother. I had to literally tell them that i was the one who was looking to purchases a couch. 
Your customer service skills are lacking severely! I felt discriminated due to being a younger women, like how could i possibly be in the market to buy a couch from your store. Well dont you worry, me and my wealthy husband will be taking our business else where. You just lost our business and our friends and families business. Maybe we will see you during your liquidation sale.

We were shopping for a pair of specific leather recliners. They had one floor model and (supposedly) two in the warehouse. We paid for two chairs with home delivery in four days. Come delivery day, no one called. We called them, told to talk to the salesman who wasn't in. We eventually discovered they did not have any in the warehouse but could order them for delivery in 4 to 8 weeks! Got a refund and are looking elsewhere. Big showroom, useless customer service.
