Met the staff today. They welcomed us like we were family. Gloria I spoke with on the phone, was so kind and sweet. Took my wife's ring in to have the stone reset. With that said I expected to leave the ring to have the repair done when they were able. They took the ring and fixed it immediately. I can't thank them enough, I am grateful to have found a reputable jeweler locally, and one so kind and friendly to boot. No brainer. Great find. Thank you MS Brown you have new clientele in the Underwood family.

Jess at Browns was BEYOND helpful in our wedding journey! She was essential in picking out the engagement ring, all the way to the wedding bands and gifts for the bride and groom. She is now our go to girl for anything jewelry related. Not just us, but our family members as well! The best out there!

This place is amazing. My daughter's boyfriend had his heart set on proposing to her during our recent vacation in Sea Isle City. He had an engagement ring picked out at a jeweler back home in PA but they couldn't have it ready in time. Plan B: Find a very similar ring at the Jersey shore and have it ready in three days or less. He thought it was hopeless but as luck would have it, we called the right jeweler. M. S. Brown came through with a beautiful matching ring in TWO DAYS! The beach proposal went off as hoped and all are thrilled. Thank you Jessica for your incredible attention and effort...you didn't know us at all but made us feel like we were your most important customers. And you even sent secret email updates so as not to ruin the surprise. Outstanding service! Than you again so, so much!
