My experience at the Lawrenceville location was pleasant! I wrecked my car and they did the body work, and new paint job. My car looks brand new, and I got a really good deal on an amazing paint job. When dealing with insurance companies, you can get frustrated, but the GM (Manny Rivera) has a lot of industry knowledge so he was able to work well with me and my insurance company, making the process much less stressful. I got my car back in a week and I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you guys again for the excellent, quick and professional service! I recommended my brother Tony to this location and he also had a great experience!

I need a paint job that would last on my car and read the reviews on this MAACO location that is closest to me. I am into Business Management and quite displeased with the reviews I read. I took the initiative of calling the shop and spoke with a professional and courteous employee. I asked him why there are many negative reviews about the location and he was honest to let me know that the location has gone through managing some bad employees, but everything is in order now. I proceeded by visiting the location for the estimate of my paint job on 9/9/2017. Got there earlier than 9:00 am and sat outside. An employee came out to greet me and let me in; highly professional, proficient at his job and very courteous. He educated me about several paint options and I decided to go with a factory paint option that would last 5 to 10 years. Considering the detailed information and the options presented, I am impressed with the employee and dropped my car off for painting and minor jobs to be done inside the car. I will post another review when the job is completed.

I was referred to this location by a friend of mine. I informed him that I will take my my vehicle there for repairs only because I took his word that they had new management and is doing an excellent job on painting and collision work. I live about 100 miles from the Maaco location Lawrenceville . Once I looked at some of the reviews I wanted to change my mind. But I am a living witness that the reviews are nothing like what they done to my vehicle. This place did an exceptional job on my collision repairs. I had another mechanic to review the damages prior to me taking it there and this same mechanic looked at it when I got it back. He stated that he could not have done a better job. Very well satisfied, and happy to know that I took my friend's opinion. Thanks Kurt and Manny and the rest who took the time on my vehicle.

I had a great experience. I took my car there to get my bumper fix, and it only took them 30 minutes to fix it. John is the assistant manager there, and he was very nice and a courteous man. I would definitely go there again.

The manager of this location was the most unprofessional manager I have ever dealt with. I was told the job would take 4 days, we are at 15 days and now told it will be two more. I have called three times to check on the status and each time I was told they were with customers and would call back. They never once returned my calls. When I called them back they told me it was being worked on and would be done in a couple of days. This has gone on for two weeks. The manager said they had personnel problems and nothing he could do about it taking three times as long as estimated. When I asked why I had to suffer without my car because of their personnel problems he said "what's the problem we got it painted". No apologies for my inconvenience, no attempt to make it right for the inconvenience of being without a car for over two weeks. I just got excuses.
