Alternator decided to give up on living while we were over 200 miles from home. This place was a blessing. Everyone there was very kind & helpful. They got us fixed up & on our way within hours & made sure to give us updates & offer refreshments during our wait. Tom & crew get 2 thumbs up & huge thank you from this family!

Broke down on vacation over 200 miles from home & this place was a BLESSING! Wonderful group of people here. Went out of their way to get us back on the road & make us comfortable during the wait.

Building is old and needs a through cleaning. However the service was very good. The staff was friendly and professional.

2 Things really unnerved me with the new service people they have now. The first and most disturbing, if you care about your health, is that by happen stance I ran into the "service manager", is think his name was Tom, in the bathroom and he didn't even wash his hands after using the toilet and right afterwards went out and shook a customers hand, that is down right disgusting!!

The second thing that leads to me to believe they are reaping people off is there pricing. I've been going to this Pepboys for years and I've always had a bill like $195.99 or $46.50 or $334.45. These guys tell every single customer, "Oh it's $200 out the door" or $400 or $100. It's just to fishy to have such neat numbers after all this years. They must be rounding up and pocketing the extra. If you have to go here bring some hand sanitizer or don't shake their hands!! Really should just avoid it all together!
